Nostro gruppo sta fornendo (e ne fornira' ancora almeno 3 altre) estese simulazioni del contenuto stellar della survey LSST - includendo la Via Lattea e le Nubi di Magellano, con binarie intergenti e diversi tipi di variabili - assieme a strimenti per usarle in MAF e nel NOIRLab Astro Data Lab, nel contesto della collaborazione SMWLV. Questo e' un contributo in natura e non-direzionabile al progetto Rubin/LSST.

Our group is providing, and will provide at least three more, extended simulations of the LSST stellar content
- including Milky Way and Magellanic Clouds, with interacting binaries and several kinds of variables - and
tools to use them in MAF and in NOIRLab Astro Data Lab, in the context of the SMWLV Collaboration. This is a
non-directable in-kind contribution to Rubin/LSST.

This is an approved, non-directable in-kind contribution to the LSST project. This means that we define, quite independently, how the work will be done. The software being developed does not need to be shared with the Rubin community. This is a very particular status, which well represents the role of leadership that is recognized to our team.<br>As far as we know, no other team is performing such extensive simulations of the LSST stellar content.
